Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the tajermasr platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

tajermasr is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered social media management tools for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger. The Service includes campaign management, post scheduling, automation, analytics, and AI content generation.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. All plans include a 7-day free trial. After the trial period ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

Auto-Renewal: All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. Your payment method on file will be charged automatically on the renewal date. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next billing date through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Trial Expiry: When your free trial expires, all premium features will be disabled until you subscribe to a paid plan. No charges will be made without your explicit consent during checkout.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within the first 14 days of a paid subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws. You must not transmit any malicious code, spam, or engage in abusive behavior.

6. Third-Party Services

tajermasr integrates with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), WhatsApp, and Stripe. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party service changes or outages.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create through the Service. tajermasr does not claim ownership of your data. You may export or delete your data at any time through the Settings page.

8. Limitation of Liability

tajermasr is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of any material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
